Dr. Nicole Rankine - Career Clarity Strategist

Dr. Nicole Rankine — "Dr. Nic" — is a Career Clarity Strategist, Certified DISC Level II Consultant, and the Founder and CEO of The COLE Academy of Personal Growth, a certified woman-owned small business specializing in leadership development and professional growth.

Before building her company, Dr. Nic spent nine years as a CDC research scientist and epidemiologist, where she developed the evidence-based, systematic approach she now brings to every training engagement. Her methodology is not built on theory — it is built on data, behavioral science, and real-world results.

She has trained over 1,000 educators across all 50 states as a NISOD National Facilitator, serves as Contributing Faculty at multiple universities, and has coached hundreds of professionals and organizational leaders through pivotal growth moments using her proprietary CLARITY Framework.
