Technical Support

Full-time, remote role providing hands-on IT support across various client environments and technologies.

Overview:
This position supports end users nationwide through a remote helpdesk. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Multiple full-time shift options are available, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound helpdesk calls and deliver professional technical support
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems
  • Diagnose and resolve common IT issues
  • Communicate clearly with end users to guide them through solutions
  • Develop skills through exposure to a range of environments and technologies

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Interest in IT and willingness to learn; home-lab or certifications are a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Prior helpdesk or customer service experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Fully remote position
  • Starting pay: $18–$20/hr
