Overview:
This position supports end users nationwide through a remote helpdesk. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Multiple full-time shift options are available, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound helpdesk calls and deliver professional technical support
Troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems
Diagnose and resolve common IT issues
Communicate clearly with end users to guide them through solutions
Develop skills through exposure to a range of environments and technologies
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Interest in IT and willingness to learn; home-lab or certifications are a plus
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Prior helpdesk or customer service experience preferred but not required
